1. Services

FLOPAY PROCESSING LLC provides merchant payment processing services, including credit card processing, point-of-sale solutions, payment gateway integration, and related services. Our services are offered to businesses and are not intended for personal or consumer use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business to use our services. By submitting an inquiry or application, you represent that you have such authority.

3. Account and Information Accuracy

When you submit information through our Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact and business information. Inaccurate information may result in delays or inability to provide services.

4. Communications Consent & SMS Terms

By submitting your contact information through our Site or chat widget, you consent to receive phone calls and emails from FLOPAY PROCESSING LLC regarding your inquiry. SMS/text messaging is a separate, optional service that requires its own affirmative opt-in.

SMS/Text Message Opt-In (Optional)

SMS messages are only sent to users who provide explicit, separate consent through our website chat widget by affirmatively responding YES when asked if they want to receive text message updates. You may decline SMS messages and continue to receive service through phone, email, or in-person channels with no impact on your ability to obtain a quote or use our services. SMS opt-in is not a condition of service.

SMS Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and service requests. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Mobile Information Non-Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of communications may limit our ability to serve your account.

5. Pricing and Fees

Pricing information displayed on our Site is for informational and comparison purposes only. Actual rates, fees, and terms are determined during the application and underwriting process and will be outlined in your merchant processing agreement. Rates depend on factors including card mix, transaction volume, industry, and risk profile.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FLOPAY PROCESSING LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site

Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
